I had already erased the old OF in my memory card (there cannot be 2 OF in 1 memory card). So that is not the problem. Nice thought though!

I have uploaded it over my old OF and there was error during loading OF, and I erased everything and then upload new OF and that worked for me. So I don`t know what could it be with your OF.

I found it!!!

Hard to believe, but the problem was that I used 'right click' -> 'open with' -> 'select program' -> 'Nero burning rom' to burn the cue file and it didn't work. Instead, when I did EXACTLY what is written in the instuctions*, it finally worked.


*with Nero already opened select 'Recorder' -> 'Write Image' -> then select the specific cue file and BURN BURN BURN!!! GWHAHAHAHA!!!

Not that I am really concerned, but why does this happen? Isn't it the same thing opening the cue file in those two ways? Hmm...

Good for you. Do you know what happens when I use OF and I made changes on it and then I use some new update on the game? Do I need a new clear OF again?

By saying new update I assume you mean some sort of patch. I don't know. Maybe. Sure think is that not all patches cooperate with all OFs.
So if you use a patch you may still need to change your OF even in cases that you did not make any changes on it.

Black kits problem

I just tried my recently installed scorp's v0.5 option file but all the kits seem to be black. I have also noticed that there are some users with the same problem. My pes 5 copy is unpatched. What could possibly go wrong and what should I do? Please help me.

Sorry guys, i read through every single post, and tried to understand how to patch the game. But i am puzzled as to why we need to download all five patches, and then only use two of them???. correct me if i am wrong, will win rar find all five patches or not. Otherwise i will only download the required files. A big thanks goes out to all the guys that have made it possible for this patch, but why cannot they make it into one patch to make things simple?? sorry for the long message.
Look forward to here any suggestions.

You need all five parts because they become united to one. If you try to unrar the first, after a few seconds you will be requested to unrar the second, the third, etc. The reason why the patch is seperated into parts is propably the easier downloading. Especially when someone's connection speed is low. Someone also could think that he could use a download manager to pause and resume the download. I tried that and the files I downloaded were all corrupt. Only those which I downloaded without pausing were good.

mine is 2.09 GB (2,251,096,064 bytes)

First, thanx for fantastic patch. You did an excellent job.
Can you answer this question:
1.is there a possibility to put an assistant referee (linesman) into game, or that`s only a dream? It would be much more real if there was a linesman, manager who stands up from bench sometimes, players who getting warm in 2nd half...
2. why I must create a new OF whenever I update a game with new updates?

Problems

I am no stranger to using ppf patches so didn't imagine I would be having any problems but alas here I am.

Burnt the game twice now after going through ppf-o-matic and when I try and load the game it just goes to the browser screen. It recognises that the disc is a ps2 game but will not load.

Any ideas??

Some info: Burned using Ritek discs at a low speed with DVD Decrypter, ps2 is chipped and I haven't had any probs burning games before.
