Not to my knowledge. Paypal is not up, the Pes-tribe forum is not particularly active and is mainly in french. Why can't they just make a torrent download avaliable for the patch.

EDIT: if you haven't got the v4 ultimate patch, download it as its the best one apart from the v5 patch.
