...Just to give Konami more of our money?

I would of voted yes, but online mode only works for a couple of games then stops working for the next hour, there wasn't any need for the edit mode that they actually put in, lack of stadiums, no replay saves, alot missing but I've spent enough money on Konami for this game, the gameplay is good but theres a hell of alot missing which I wasn't bothered about when I first got the game but now I have had a change of heart and am really upset with what I paid £40 for.

Give them credit

Give the guys of konami some credit. They've been stamping out one great football game after another this while EA just stole you're money and produced crappy gameplay.
As anny other year they will learn from theire mistakes and I am sure the difficulties the game has today will we old news in a month or so.

I bought PES6 on Friday. Couldn't wait to get home from work to play it. I was a little disapointed initially. The more I played it though, the more it grew on me. It certainly no massive jump from PES5. Do you think there will be a Konami download to fix some of the niggles?

^^You sure it's not the xbox 360 update? Because once you sign in on xbox live it should ask you to update no matter what game you put in. I played pes6 a few hours ago online and I didn't get an update.

No i meant after the enquiry with Konami London, they said if there is enough complaints at least 1000 there is a possibilty of a patch update for the edit options including goal saves from konami to download and then transfer to ur 360 machine. so i say again to all true pro evo fans, please call the number 02089875730 and register the complaint of not having the full version like the ps2 has. Hopefully we will have something very soon, but you all need to complain.

I'm very disappointed with PES6. Winning Eleven 10 is far better. The pace of the game is totally unrealistic. It's just too damn fast. It looks like players are in fast forward. It's ludicrous! I'm really disappointed with Konami. On the other hand, WE10 is absolutely perfect! It really feels like the real deal. True football! It's absolutely brilliant! Had Konami kept the pace of WE10 on PES6 and PES would be undoubtedly the best football game ever! But as it is, it looks like some stupid arcade game. This comes from a die-hard fan!

First of all sorry for my English….

Lets say I know someone that has a high position in the konami organization.

We all know that pes became Big on the playstation. And there for a good relationschip with them. konami also produced much other games on the playstation. .xbox 360
Purchased pes licensee ( lets say playstation did not like that) that’s an understatement.
The contacted konami and told them more or less. We always had a good relationship a deal like this could endanger our release and so on ( really sad) so the ask them to strip the xbox version a little in exchange the would become a release title. With the history that they have with one and other konami agreed with this favor.

So what does is mean?

- they did not go all out with the graphics
- they stript options ( edit en so on)
- They left out a couple op in game animations ( for tackles, pullin shirts and so on)

If konami went all out there would not be a reason to buy the pes version on the ps 3 release.. conclusion they hold back for ps 3, yep they like asia playstation more then usa xbox weird no..
This is how its goes in real life its al about network and friends. For all the people that find it unrealistic they have not got a clue how it goes in cooperated business. And no there will not be a market place up-date sorry…

This is really unfair to the integrity of the game, and the Buyer. if this this the case, Konami and Seabass should be ashamed. This person you know, can you not contact him and and tell him this is disgraceful. I like others paid 50 pounds for the Konami Game. Could you tell him to do something about this. THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR, ALOT OF PRO EVO FANS ARE VERY UPSET WITH LACK OF FULL FEATURES. All who are please call 02089875730 Konami London to register the complaint. Hopefully Justice will prevail.

graphically fantastic, gameplay wonderful,no team edit aah no.
as for the premier league copyright reason ?
if you can use the edit mode on the ps2 and pc version you should be able to use it for the 360 version as the games are basically the same just different format that should not make a difference.i think the 360 owners have been stiffed,i have emailed konami but as of yet no reply.
but i do have a ps2 aswell as a xbox and 360 so i can buy it on anything anyway.
as i said before graphically fantastic.

The gameplay and graphics on the 360 are immense especially on a HD tv. I'm failing to understand what stopped them from having a full edit mode etc. The only downside to a top class game

Pro Evo 6 - Flawed -anyone disagree with this?

Pro Evo 6 on the PS2.
I've played 3 master league seasons with Barcelona on the professional difficulty and found the games more scriped than ever before. Example - drawing nil ni with the weakest side in the league after having 20 shots on goal and than conceding a goal in the last second from a keeper error. In fact i've found that playing the weaker teams is always harder than playing the likes of Valencia and Seville who were near the top - this is not very realisitic. And teams like Real Madrid and Villareal give you no time on the ball and always have three men chasing after the exceptionally unskillful Edmilson - again not very realistic - Bolton maybe, Real Madrid no!

I appreciate Konami have fixed the niggling little fouls from Pro evo 5 but I think they've over done it. I've played many 30 minute games without any free kicks being awarded to me - again not very realistic and free kicks are stupidly hard when they do come around! And injuries - where are they?? I've played 3 seasons and had one injury in total - not realistic at all but i guess you can't get injured when the oppostion don't seem to foul very much.

Penalties - where have they gone? I've played three seasons - not one penalty awarded. The defenders never go to ground in the box anymore.
Unfortunatly the x button is a waste of time. It seems that when the computer wants a player to get a shot on goal there's no way the mightly Puyol and Thuram are getting the ball of the striker.

Its a real shame - pro evo 6 could have been great but again there are too many flaws.
Anyone agree or disagree?
