Do we have any limitiations like not playing with R.Madrid or Barca?

Online community is full! Gutted.
Iv only had 1 game online with pes10 and the lag was so bad i had to quit. But thought id give it another go, dont particularly want to play randoms who just use ronaldo and messi.
Was hoping to find a community of people who realise it is only a game and for a laugh. Unfortunately i am a ps3 online loner, most of my friends dont have ps3s (xbox-ers) and those who have are not online. And im not a big online gamer to start with, so literally aint added a single person or community online!!
But if anyone could point me in the right direction for a gang to join would be much appreciated.

Maximum capacity seems to have been reached in every PESGaming community ive tried to join. Which is dissapointing.
What are the chances of some serious inactives being kicked to make room?
