PLEASE HELP! Edited teams not showing in games

My friend's kits and team info are fine in the edit screen, but when he starts a match, ML etc, all of the teams are reset. But... in the edit screen the teams are all edited!?!? Wtf? Any ideas?

So it turns out that it was because my friend's 10yo son was signed in as a Temporary Guest!
So, all players who make the effort to come around and play the game (offline) have to Sign In. If they don't or can't sign in, you lose all edited features.
THAT IS DISGUSTING!!! Shame on you Konami/Sony!!!
