Well...I am playing with Real Madrid C.F,,first in team ranking..won spanish league 2 times and Spanish Copa 2 times and won UEFA champions League and UEFA super cup 2 times also + Club world cup 1 time and qualified for it again,,right now I am in season 2011-2012..fascinating seasons..my starting Line up is :-
Default Formation with:
goalkeeper:Casillas
Defensive Line : Albiol,Pepe,Ramos,Marcelo
Midfield : xabi alonso,Khedira and Kaka,,while strikers are : C.Ronaldo ss-R,,Benzema ss-L and Higuain CF..got Higuain banging 16 goals and ronaldo winning UEFA best player 2 times and world best player one time and the 2nd isn't announced yet my subs are:dudek,arbeloa,lassana diarra (on transfer list),Pjanic,Di maria and Defoe + Pique !!

well,,I am scouting Aguero his overall is 96 and he is in Athletico madrid banging alot of goals and he is amazing,,tried buying him couple of times and the club doesn't agree..well I hired a scout with 5,000,000 who is the best I think as he will come in September-I have about 135 million or 125 sth like that..how to raise my money or will my finance be effected,,which players to sell or loan plzz help me,,try being in my position and manage my team and advice plzzz..thnx plzz reply

Damn I'm confused. It's like I've been thrown a load of information in 1 sentence.

A much as I can muster:- You are planing on buying Aguero, but your not sure if your budget will let you, if you can strike up a deal in the first place.

Firstly sometimes you just can't get the player you want, I have one of the best scout in the game as well as the best staff, I'm currently No.1 in the European rankings, but the reborn Veron at age 18 just won't come to my club and I have tried every transfer window, I always get "The player was keen on a move but it's hard to sign a player who is a first team regular."

Now, if you do get to the negotiation stage and it's money you need you WILL have to sell a player that is playing well for your team. This doesn't always mean putting them on the transfer list as this will upset them and don't quote me but I think it will lessen the size of the offers that come in. Lets face it other teams will think you want to part with this player so will offer less.

I seem to find if I get a few players in the "league/Cup/Champions league best 11" big offers come in for these players...these are the ones you want to sell. Last season I sold 3 players all of whom were in one of these "best 11" teams. Two of them for over £80 million, I then bought in youth talent to replace them meaning my money goes up every season, sitting on £750 million at this point.

You have to keep an eye on your financial status especially when running a big club like Real Madrid. I only keep players for 5 years as after that they usually want a new deal of over £20 million a year which I'm not paying.

Thank You very much Zorac1979,,,and well I added Arbeloa on the Transfer List he's not on Best 11 but he played every single game except when he's suspended or injured..right now I am playing with Marcelo in his position cuz he seems improving in an amazing way..btw If I could ask you to just be in my shoe and take a look at my team and tell me which player could I sell....Casillas,Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos went on best 11 before but I can't sell none of these guys...advice please and Thank you ur information helps alot
