Err, you realized you gave the link to a Windows Movie Maker project file, uh?
When other machine opens it, it misses all the files, so no one can see it. :S

You have to save it as a movie FILE; what you had was a movie PROJECT :p
Just open your .MSWMM file and then go in File...Save Movie File... and save it to wherever you want it.I think it will come out as .wmv file. Upload it and it's done ;)

Yup, Frankos got all that spot on. But i'd also like to add that when you come to uploading the final .wmv file, please host it to somewhere other than rapidshare. Alot of people (including me) have troubles with rapidshare, in that it won't me download from there.
