Premier League team emblems...

when i open cv_0 the only flags file i see are flags_128x128_1278 and 1280.bin?
The ones im supposed to over write dont exist at all? Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Would it be becuase ive applied the pes patch at all?

Changing emblems for PS3 version is not possible.
