That's the vaguest load of shit i've ever read. Nothing that suggests any major overhauls in the gameplay. WHo gives a fuck about a close up of Torres' face, it's how the game plays and looks from a wide angle view that counts. It's quite sad that nowadays PES fans are more bothered about the graphics while over on the Fifa forums all the talk is about the gameplay, such as the 360 degree dribbling and the more manual defending (rather than holding X all the time). It seems EA are really listening to the fans and have pinpointed EVERY area of 09 that needs work, and are doing all they can to really push forwards.

I want clear and concise statements regarding exactly what they're doing with the gameplay on PES to overhaul Fifa again, not bullshit about new shitty features and pretty faces. Until i see these statements i'm of the opinion the gap is only going to widen this year to such an extent that PES as a franchise could be dead and buried completely within a couple of years.

Sounds like shit.

Sounds like licenced teams (Such as Liverpool) and its players will be better than most players. Make the game more custom and stop with setting the random condition in Cup. Not fun.

I do, because I got a ps3 to have better graphics mostly. GRAPHICS ARE IMPORTANT FOR THE GAME'S RATING TO BE VERY HIGH. Gameplay without graphics will lower the rating for sure.
Also wide angle view counts true, but close ups count aswell.

The noises coming out are good. Does anyone know what specs you will need for the pc version? Bearing in mind the gpu's in most pc's are far better than the ps3/xbox. I have a 8800gts 320mb. Which is quite old just now.

What they are saying is they have worked on the gameplay seriously.
The proof will be in pudding.

Yeah, it annoys me to no end when people say graphics don't matter to me.
