Pro evO 2008 1.20 patch problem

Hi
i am a newbie here and have a serious problem that i need resolved asap!
Anyway heres the prob...
i have installed pro evo 2008 on vista and there is no crowd and i cant maximize the screen.....
so i decided that to find a solution...it says the pro evo patch 1.20 fixes problems with vista....so i installed it but JUST before it installs it says im no the administrator and cant install it...I AM THE ADMIN!
I checked on control pannel!
Help would be greatly appreciated!

PS there is no option when i right click it to "run as adminstrator"

Just right-click on the icon and click run as administrator.
