problem with master league with player ratings

idk if my game is bugged or what i really dont want to start over a new save but here is the problem i notice it when two of my player were developing fast and it dont matter if he scores or assist his rating is either 5.0 to 6.0 idk i'm sure i was working good before but now this is happenin i really dont care about the rating system normally but it f@ckn up players development no players get anything higher than 6.0, so if anyone got a fix it will be nice
