Problems with balls, need help! Also questions about boots...

Hi, I am trying to use balls in kitserver but I seem to get these blank black balls for many of the balls but the Nike balls seem to be working fine. I don't know what the problem is but if someone can tell me that would be great. I also wanted to ask for help about boots for kitserver. I know that you can use the bin files in the map for the boots but also wondered if png files will work as well? Like those shown of the Nike and Nomis boots, the Adidas ones are bin files. If anyone can give some help with that, that would be great. Thanks for all your help
