You have changed only the teamnames and the emblems, but not the players.
So this OF is nothing!!!!!

I don't understand your shocking lack of patience. Why don't you just wait for Smoki to create the PSP version of his OF? First you spam his thread all over the place and now you even create a separate topic to request the convertion of his PS3 OF file to a PSP one...

this option file i created by myself on pc but u can only edit ps2 option file on pc
i want only someone for help to conver this of to a psp format
