Problems with Max Drive/Option file

Hi Guys,

I'm new on here and to the process of uploading option file with max drives. I wonder if someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Purchased a Max Drive from Play, followed the instructions to the letter by uploading a .max file (Bennetinho's) to the USB stick. I didn't believe that this option file needed any conversion as it already had the .max extension. Then checked on the PC that it was on there. When I run the max drive disc on my PS2, and go to the memory cards screen, the program does not recognise there to be any data on the USB stick :fplm:

If someone could point me in the right direction as to what the problem could be I would be most appreciative.

Do you mean uploading or downloading?

If you mean dowloading which is more likely, it can be quite hard at first to get it to work, it took me ages to figure it out. This is all i can think may be wrong at the moment;
1. Sometimes memory sticks have a switch on the side showing a locked and unlocked symbol, make sure it shows unlocked
2. After going onto Max memory manager on the disk, there are 3 options, Mem card 1, 2 and memory stick. select memory stick, it can take quite a while for the data on the file to be recognised and show up onscreen, usually between 1 and 5 minutes for me. Also it may make it longer if you have lots of other stuff on the stick.

And yes, file doesnt need any convertion, just download, put on stick and load up disc.

Dont know if this helps, ask again if you still cant get it to work, im rubbish at answering questions and theres lots of people that could probably answer better than me :)

It seems like bennetinho is about to save the world, i don't want to troll the forum, but i m about to stay on PES 6, and i think we can make a poll to definite the immortal, ultimate PES/ISS episode, which still in 60 years, there will still be made option files. Pes6 is in my top and THAT'S WHY (see? no troll) Bennethinho is our saviour. Even the beta of his of is good to me, so the final release is like a second christmas.

So, I see there's a download link for playing the game on a PS3, but does anyone know how to actually get it to work on one?

I don't have a memory card adaptor so I was hoping there was another way to get it to work, I already have a PS2 but I don't want to go out and buy a maxdrive.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not at the moment, although i will be checking that all the emblems in my file are the most up to date ones soon. I will contact you if i need any more help :) Thanks for everything so far.

By the way, if you want, i can balance ligue 1 player stats, they dont seem to be accurate anymore.

I m french and i watch a lot of L1 matches, know well the league and i m fair (i wont overrate Le Mans, even if i m a a huge fan of the team, but some player are lot weaker than IRL), so, i can accurate this league without being credited, but you ll probably have to convert my feedback edit. I ll do for myself anyway, and posting doesn t take much time, so if you re interested, tell me.
Or maybe i m the only one to still care about french league:(

PS: I DONT use FM to PES tools, it s so damn random.

If you want to help with Ligue 1, that would be great. I could send you a copy of the Beta file with the promoted Ligue 1 teams if you want. And i would credit you, im not gonna pretend to have done all the work. :)

Just tell me what you want the file as (PC, Max etc) and an email address to post it and you can have it.
