As it says above, that is the pc version.

unfortunatly have to report this isn't a very good patch.

First of all it is an option file and NOT A PATCH.
And if you said a bit more about why you didn't like it, maybe things could be improved.

I would like to convert this file to an X-Box file for use with WE8I, I have Action Replay,can someone tell me how to do it please using the PESfan editor.

i say this isn't a good patch for a number of reasons:

the kits are all wrong

some teams are still on the national team page and some are on the club team pages,

the flags are all wrong. only a few of the actual teams advertised appear in the game once the option file is loaded. it's just bad.

sorry but if you somehow transferred all the national teams over to the club pages with the proper kits, you could then have enough room to add plenty more national teams.. this patch doesnt take advantage of that

That was explained - so you can play more leagues and cups with them.
