I use “uLaunchElf_4_12_CD”
At first, download and burn on CD-R this program.
2. download “Ps2_Save_Builder” (I use “Ps2_Save_Builder_0.8x”)

4.

Run “Ps2_Save_Builder”, click File – open, find your UBMLOF_PES2008_PS2v2.71.xps (or MAX) file and open it.

6. Now You have two files UBMLOF_PES2008_PS2v2.71.xps (or MAX) and BESLES-54913P2K8OPT.

Connect any flash drive to your PC and copy BESLES-54913P2K8OPT file on flash drive.

New updates

I am not sure whether I am allowed to do that but I had some time on my hands this afternoon and completed latest EPL transfer and some major European transfers

Here is the link for .MAX file:

http://www.mediafire.com/?xqg5emcny5t

If you find this post offensive or inappropriate then delete it.

And finally, I dont want any credit for this. I just thought it good idea to help with new option file, we are playing like crazy and I missed all transfers.

Cheers

Fero

PS: I have used these pages to do transfers:

Yes, it is small update only. Basically I transfered all EPL players and biggest Euro moves (like VDV, Ronaldinho, Mancici, Muntari, etc)

Thank you for a great option file Smoki! Really great job.

But I would like to ask if it is only me who have this problem.

It is not possible to choose strategy during the game. What I mean is that I cant for example choose to "counter attack" or for example use "left attack".

Button command is L2 + some of the buttons depending of which strategy I have chosen.

Could somebody please try? This commands are possible to use if I am not using option file so nothing is wrong with the game...

Smoki, have you in same way turned off this function!?

I hope that somebody could answer on my questions.

Unfortuantly there is a theiving swine selling this option file for the psp on ebay...

He originally used the picture from the first post describing this file..

his comments...

'only using a picture from a forum the file is 100% mine'

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130244756650&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123

ok ... right.. Hmm his description suspiciously.. looks like our opt file.....

lets take a look at his listing..

oooooh..

http://www.pesgaming.com/showpost.php?p=1297534&postcount=170

some nice chap update the transfers to august 6th... for the PS2 however... but its easy enough to convert it to psp..

Anyway after many emails of trying to get him to remove it from ebay, and being unsuccessful... he's being a cnut.. insisting it is his work...!

I have now just bought one left him neg feedback.. and emailed all his buyers so far..

he has now relisted and protected his buyers.. he know full well its not his work...

top cnut he is.. out of order..

it just darn right bang out of order, trying to make money from other peoples work...
