PC to PS2 Replay Converter now available

Converts PC KONAMI-WIN32PES3**0, to PS2 PES3 xps.

It may convert from PC WE7 files also but I haven't tested it. If anyone does try it with a PC WE7 replay, please let me know if it works.

Now corrects the time and date of the converted replay.

Can convert from:
PS2 xps PES3
PS2 xps WE7 Int (USA)

By using this tool with the PC to PS2 tool, it is possible to convert PS2 WE7 Int (USA) to PS2 PES3:

PS2 WE7 Int. (USA) > PC > PS2 PES3
