[PS3] BLES NotoriousMIC Lagless Option File

For all the people out there who hate the lag more than they love the option file.
The idea for this option file came to me after I had finished editing the Arsenal team and noticed how much lag there was loading the Arsenal logo and kit. Option files have always increased lag but on this year's PES it's really bad. This option file then, does not contain any images that are not contained in the game. In making this option file I tried to stick to a realistic and authentic philosophy wherever possible. So, for instance, Arsenal's team name remains North London, as does their logo. However, their kits have been updated to look as much like the real Arsenal kit without increasing lag. This means, unfortunately, none of the advertisements or the real Arsenal logo. But when playing the game the kit authentically resembles the Arsenal kit. In designing this option file I've also tried to create a fully fleshed out ML experience. I've created kits for all the teams in the PEU and PII League's, and created dynamic tactics for all teams in the PEU, PII, PLA & PAS leagues. This creates a much brighter and dynamic ML experience when taking part in any of these leagues, teams in these leagues no longer play mostly Long Ball tactics and are much more modern in their playing styles. Some editors may also find this OF useful as a base for their own fully edited OFs.

This Option File features:
-English League with kits, transfers and tactics
-Portuguese League with kits
-PEU & PII Leagues with new kits and tactics
-PLA & PAS Leagues with updated tactics
-All club sides have been updated for defenders to join the attack in corners
-Tactics have been updated for the majority of major clubs.
-Easy installation, all contained within only one file.

Future planned updates:
-Create kits PLA & PAS Leagues
-Create kits for unlicensed International teams.
-Update tactics for most major International teams (I can only do those whose play style I know of, apologies)
-Remove Duplicates
-(I have no plans to update transfers as I assume Konami will be releasing a Data Pack soon)

I've updated the link as I've realised some of the EPL teams tactics has players in their wrong positions.

I'll also be posting up some photos soon.

I've been working pretty solidly on the OF and I have now released updates for DataPack 1 & 2. Both updates include:
-Adjustment to tactics for various teams
-Fix for CBs becoming very attacking for certain scenarios during matches
-Fixed set pieces (Teams weren't leaving players covering on half way lines, defenders still go up but it's been balanced so that teams also cover.)
-PES United and WE United have been removed from PDII. (PEU and PDII leagues both now have 18 teams each, Trunecan & Waryamosuk have been moved to PDII.)

DataPack 2 includes:
-All teams now have defenders going forwards for corners
-Transfers are now completely fixed for all players

I've also made this brief comparison video comparing the OF with a regular fully edited OF:

That was the option file i've been waiting for.
But are you sure that only renaming team names make the games slower?

Because it's seems for me an obligation, a standard...
Almost i don't really care about the logos but the names/stats/appereances are very important.

I'm glad you like the OF.

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking here, sorry about that, I'll assume you're asking why I kept default team names. Please correct me if that's not the case.

Renaming the teams doesn't make it slower. I didn't rename the teams as I thought it was a bit inauthentic to have the name on the logo not matching the team name. For instance for West Ham, Konami have written on their logo East London, I just thought it didn't feel right changing the default team names because of this clash. It was purely an aesthetic choice though and if you'd prefer to have the real team names instead, I could release a new version with the correct team names as I see that some people may appreciate that more.

Yes it was that (sorry for my english), just because it make easier to find a team.
I don't recognize team by their "Konami's names".
