This file is for the American version (BLUS 31029/Region 1) of PES 2013 for PS3.​

Main Features:
  • All 19 MLS clubs, all 8 NASL clubs, and 9 USL Pro clubs (Charleston Battery, Charlotte Eagles, LA Blues, Orlando City, Phoenix FC, Pittsburgh Riverhounds, Richmond Kickers, Rochester Rhinos, & VSI Tampa Bay) created in the two blank/fake league slots -- with fully updated rosters, kits & emblems for the 2013 season.
  • All missing NT kits affixed with PNGs & edited.
  • All missing EPL & Liga ZON Sagres kits affixed with PNGs & edited.
  • In order to make room for all MLS, NASL & USL Pro emblems: all EPL clubs have emblems (minus 4: Norwich, Reading, Southampton & Swansea); but none of the missing Liga ZON Sagres emblems have been included.
  • All competitions renamed and league/cup emblems allocated.
  • Removed duplicate players from NTs & registered real players in their place. All fake/false player names corrected.

I am fixing up stadiums and even adding CenturyLink Field (Sounders) and Red Bull Arena (New York) so I hope to have it either as pack or export files.

Is it just my copying incorrectly to my HD, or are the jerseys for the MLS not really close to the real things? I just want to make sure before I start an ML that I have the proper stadiums (check), logos (check), players (check), and jerseys. Is there any file that does have the proper kits? If there isn't, I'd be willing to help, but I know nothing about editing anything. I'm sure if there's guides somewhere on this site, so I'll take a look. Otherwise, this is a great MLS base file, but we need some jerseys, for sure!

I'm not quite sure how to interpret "not really close to the real things." If they look that off to you, I suspect you didn't load/copy the file properly.

All the MLS kits are relatively close, imo, at least when you consider the editing constraints (templates, etc.). MLS GK kits probably need the most tweaking, as some are using an older template. (NASL & USL Pro kits are an entirely different issue, as they need a more substantial overhaul.)

Still, if you have any specific pointers on how to improve things, I'm all ears. If you want to work on improved PNGs, that's cool, too.

In general, I'm open to whatever help or feedback anyone wants to provide.

The file eventually will be updated/improved; but when that next update will be posted is to be determined. Stay tuned.

Hey,

I didn't mean HORRIBLY off or anything, but I downloaded the OF thinking that it would have the proper jerseys with sponsors included (like other OF I've seen for premier league, bundesliga, etc). I didn't mean to insult you; I love that the stadiums, logos, and players are all in there. I didn't realize that until I looked at the EPL though, none of the user made jerseys had the sponsors on them (or I copied them wrong). I'm not faulting you for not doing it (if you didn't), was just wondering if they were copied the wrong way and I am supposed to see the bulls on the red bulls jerseys, or the 360 logo on the sounders, etc.

No, no offense taken. I just had trouble wrapping my head around what you were describing...

It sounds like you did not load the file properly and/or did not copy all the PNGs to the hard-drive of your PS3. If you correctly load the file, you should notice affixed PNGs (with relevant designs and sponsors) for all the unlicensed teams - including the EPL & MLS. If you've got blank teams with no affixed PNGs, something went wrong...

Oh these are f'ing fantastic. It was completely my mistake before. I think before I copied over the files, I didn't give them enough time to load from my thumb drive, so when I chose "select all", only like, a fifth of the files were highlighted. They look great, thanks for these! I'll do whatever I can to help from here on out, just let me know.

As far as I know, conversion to BLES is not possible.

What will help this and other option files with hundreds of items is the 'copy multiple' option on the PS3. Which wasn't in previous versions of the PS3, I don't believe. I didn't like the prospect of copying and transferring 5-600 files one at a time. :(

I didn't create any stadiums; simply imported fcpappin's work. So I don't have any material or PNGs from the stadium edits readily on hand...

What do you mean by 'fix'? I'm not 100% sure the file works with 3029L, but think it might...
