I was thinking making an own OF but I've lost my work and I forgot to backup the files... (life's a b***h)
For what I've saw, the OF is amazing!!!1

It's an update, mate.
As he wrote on his blog, in order to have everything complete you must install January's version (if you don't have it yet) and then the February one.

Everything works great...and the bundesliga is fixed great...
but..i have a question about that(bundesliga)
the OF has fixed the bundesliga....but in my ball mode(3rd season)..the bundesliga is still messed up...
is that..because i allready play in my career..
do you have a solution for it(maybe that can fix it)
Or....do i have to start all over...to have the right bundesliga in my ball mode.

Not yet at the moment all I'm worried about is finishing the last few teams, after that I can worry about the minor details like manager names & stadiums

A little big part of me is still hoping that something would come out in a week, but I guess March is more probable.
By the way I'm having fun with national competitions: I've almost finished African Cup with the worst NT of Africa, Burkina Faso, and the platinum blonde Aristide Bancé, striker of HJK Helsinki, is the top scorer.

I need help, I cannot see in my PS3 the OF, I put the files inside of PS3 - SAVEDATA, but it is not working.

That message means that you have to connect to Internet and download the latest data pack and patch.
The patch will be installed when you start the game, the data pack from the main menu.

Try creating an US user account on your PS3. With this account start your game, downloading the patch should be no problem.
When everything is installed you can switch back to your main user account to play the game.
I did it and everything works as it should. After I update data pack I put paul2478 PES 2015 OF (Feb15) (PXUS) .rar, but we did not perform transfers. For example, Cuadrado --> Celsea, Nastasić --> Schalke 04 ... Nastasić is still in MC, Cuadrado in Fiorentina...
Help, and sorry for my bad english...
