Just download the OF and followed the steps at the start of the thread but only bits of it worked. A lot of the teams are still fake - Bundesliga, Italy, Spain, China, other European etc. What do you suggest?

Have a look in Edit mode, if those teams appear there correct, it sounds like the common issue with the live updates.
When starting a game mode that uses live updates, press R3 to deactivate it.

If the teams are already not correct in Edit mode, wipe out all saved data: deleting all images in Edit mode first, then delete the Edit data of PES.
After that re import everything again.

This is looking great. But have you corrected all the teams' countries, to add more realism ? It can be done using SMcCutcheon's tool. ;)
