encrypt decrypt tool cannot be downloaded....the zip file is corrupted....could you explain how to change nationality etc please??

Does that work together with FBNZ OF? I guess for mexian league PLA was used like in FBNZ for MLS, am i right?

EDIT: Forget about that, just saw FBNZ has not yet MLS finished
