Tomorrow you download all the V4.
And in few days, when J-League will be ready (it's not made by barca4eva and me but by Niko Albiore), you will just have to download the new J-League.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS:
If you ever have an OF (other or mine), first, delete all the images and savedata file .
Before to download the OF, do all the Konami DLC and Live Direct updates.
Then, copy the OF
In the download, you will have 2 files with:
- list of teams to copy by checking only 3rd box
- list of teams to copy by checking 2nd and 3rd box
First, copy the teams of the file (Check only 3rd box)
Then, copy the teams of the file (Check only 2nd and 3rd box)
Copy the Bundesliga at the end (by checking 2nd and 3rd box)
You have to copy the competitions with files .ced (check 2nd and 3rd box)
Finally, on my OF, I didn't install the stadiums pictures (no sufficient place for all the pictures, managers, kits).
After the copy of the OF, in Edit Mode, Competitions Format, choose number of teams for these leagues:
Bundesliga : 18 teams
Liga MX: 18 teams
J-League: 18 teams
You have to remove manually some teams in their good league :
- some Bundesliga teams
- some Japanese teams
- the fake duplicate asian teams (buriram united, guangzhou evergrande, shanghai shenhua, shanghai sipg, tianjin quanjian) in others asia.

Just miss Zamora and San José (if someone has these teams to replace for example Independiente Del Valle, i take)
All others teams are present and players are updated on 4th March.
I will make another update later because winter transfers close on end of March for Ecuador, Paraguay, Perou, Uruguay and 3rd April for Brasileirao.
Apologies for the newbie question but I have a new USB flash that is formatted to FAT32 and I've downloaded the OF and its in a WEPES file but when i try to goto edit all I get is an unable to upload image and then when choosing import team all it says is which USB storage do you want to use and its blank.
Any ideas?

You can't do nothing for the duplicate chinese and thai teams, it's a shit Konami issue.
For J-League, I wait for Niko Albiore's work.

In other OF I didn't saw duplicate teams.
It means that if I play chiense league in ML with for example shanghai sipg and I will qualify to AFC there could be shanghai sipg x 2???

Thanks i have PES stored on an external USB drive does that matter when trying to import the OF ?
There is nothing else on the USB other than the unzipped rar file in the WEPES folder so cant see why it wont pick up.

Anyone when import nation Thailand need delete kit folder of this team becaue Thailand has got licensed from Konami, only keep .ted file to import. I have problem with this, importing team immediately stopped while import Thailand kits. Also after import logo of competitions u need edit logo of Japan League again by replacing image.
P/S: 3rd kit of Atletico Madrid not appear, also alternative home kit & away kit for some team still missing.

By my side, no problem with Thailand import.
However, you can delete their kits in the OF because there are licencied now.
No problem too with J-League logos.
No 3rd kits for Atletico Madrid in my OF, only home, away and gk.

You can continue your leagues but you will keep teams you had before to install the V4.
