Manually change stats is the fix.

Ha! that actually helps me immensely, I am unhappy with most of the ratings changes, I thought many players were already overrated. Now I can easily reverse them.

[MENTION=241580]Zacksnake[/MENTION], when you import NTs that are already licensed, dont apply player data and it shouldn't mess with the ratings I think. For guys like Mane, from unlicensed NT, you can press triangle in the player's edit menu, it's faster.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS:

If you ever have an OF (other or mine) or if you have OF V3, first, delete all the images and savedata file .

Before to download the OF, do all the Konami DLC and Live Direct updates.

Then, copy the OF

In the download, you will have 2 files with:
- list of teams to copy by checking only 2rd box

You can copy FC Barcelona by checking 1st and 2nd box, I've added Braithwate and Arda Turan.

- list of teams to copy by checking 1st and 2nd box

You have to copy the competitions with files .ced (check 1st and 2nd box)

Finally, on my OF, I didn't install the stadiums and sponsors pictures (no sufficient place for all the pictures, managers, kits).

After the copy of the OF, in Edit Mode, Competitions Format, choose number of teams for these leagues:
Bundesliga : 18 teams
Liga MX: 18 teams
J-League: 18 teams

You have to remove manually some teams in their good league :
- some Bundesliga teams
- some Japanese teams
- the fake asian teams in others asia.

Hi Milenec,

By my side, I've just worked on Chinese League to update winter transfers
(it's for that you must check the 1st and 2nd box to install this league)

For others leagues (argentina, chili, thai), winter transfers are normally done by Konami.
I say "normally" because with Konami, it isn't always a good job.
