What does this version contain?

Kits of all the teams of the Conmebol Copa Libertadores.
Appearances of all the players in the Cup.
Stats of all the players in the Cup.
Logos of all the teams in the Cup.
Managers of all the teams of the Cup. (ALREADY UPDATED).
Stadium images of all the teams in the Cup. (ALREADY UPDATED).
ALL KITS ON 1024 (ALREADY UPDATED).

How to install?

Copy the WEPES folder to the root of your USB.
Go to the menu edit of PES 2019
Go to Import / Export
Select Import Team
Select your previously used USB device
Squeeze square if you have only passed this Option File, otherwise select the 23 teams (unless you are occupying all 20 teams in the PLA league, if so, do not import LIB_NAUR2 or LIB_NACIONALECU as it will overwrite your last two teams in the league PLA).
Finally, click on the first button of this menu and wait for the process to complete.

Finalmente dale al primer botón de este menú y espera que se complete el proceso.

I think LDU, Barcelona, Nacional (ECU) and Nacional (PAR) aren't in this Libertadores.

Oriente Petrolero, Macará, Guaraní and Carabobo yes.

But the club popularity is taken in consideration too, i am sure. And since there are 47 teams in Libertadores now, all of them probably cant fit anyway. The Libertadores in the game has 38 teams, like it was in reality until recently. The only one from the group stage that is not here is Guarani. May be it will be added later? There will be updates:happy:

Btw the kits for those should be found in the pes 2018 Libertadores file. They will work for 2019 as well.

Is your work will be compatible with Erzo77's Liga MX ?
Erzo created his Liga on PLA teams.

Did you create players or you used only fake free players ?

I don't create any players, I only use Free players and players from their national teams. Cheers

This is great. I just have some things to point out:

-Some teams' ratings are a bit off. For instance, Olimpia are 3.5* and some of their players are almost in the 80s! Maybe tone them down a bit?
-The commentary names are incomplete. Óscar Cardozo still has his commentary name in the game. Viatri too. Loads of Cáceres, Gavilán, Hernández and others like Serginho could've been added too.

Olimpia is strong now (as usual). It's just that konami's awful ratings for South America may make this seem strange. What should really be done is all Liga Aguila ratings need to go up. Significantly. We were just discussing in another section how the game massively overrates Europe and underrates South America. They gave those German clubs 4.5*!!! :laugh:

And the commentary - keep in mind that differenet languages have different names recorded. The Japanese say a massive amount of names. The French and English too have many. But the Spanish commentaries dont have many names recorded for some reason, thats why they are missing most likely.

Note: best to rename the image file of Universitario's stadium for compatibility with Liga MX. That OF has a file with the same name, so they overwrite one another.

I edited them using databases from pesmaster and sofifa (used the stat converter). I also noticed that skills/styles were missing for some players and added them. Here is the corrected version:

Thanks! Yeah I didn't mean that Olimpia were bad in real life or anything, just that for a team that even though is doing decently in the league, were knocked out early from Libertadores they had some of the highest stats in the OF.

In terms of commentary names I didn't know that, so I stand corrected. Although it's clear some teams were treated more completely in that regard than others (because the teams were made by different people I assume).

Great option file anyway, love it.
