Hello guys, i will help you how to import pes 2018, for newbie.
PES 2018 Option Files PS4 : PREMIER LEAGUE ,La Liga,Serie A.... ALL TEAMS, KITS.

IN YOUR COMPUTER
1 - Download Option File; 2 - Extract it to an USB drive/stick (in a folder called WEPES)

IMPORTING TEAMS

1 - Edit menu - Data Management - Import/Export - Import Team;

2 - Import no more than 20 teams at a time and save edit data after each import; 3 - If a team makes the game crash, you will have to import that team alone;

IMPORTING COMPETITION IMAGES

*Edit menu - Data Management - Import/Export - Import Images - Competitions; *Select all the images you want to import; *Go back to Edit menu; *Competitions - Choose the competition you want to change - Emblem - Load - Select Image

Just a remark:

You are able to import all files at once.
The game will not crash. The worst thing that could happen is, the game having issues finding the data to be imported.
Happened twice to me.
As the game mentiones at which file the problem occured.
Afterwards you have to select this and all other behind following teams again and start importing again
