Question regarding Data Packs and Free Agents.

Hi guys,

I hope one of you is able to answer something I've been wondering about for a while.

As far as I'm aware, players that were moved to Free Agents as part of a Data Pack in PES 2017 more or less disappeared after each new Data Pack was released. So we had to "base copy" them to keep them around.

Does anyone know what happened if you merely moved the players to a new team by using the Transfer-option in Edit Mode? Would the players still disappear this way when a new Data Pack came around?

I realize this may already have been debated to death, but I can't seem to find a proper answer to my question. I also know we have yet to experience the same with PES 2018, but it would be nice to know what to expect and how I should go about "securing" players. :)

they will disappear if you just move them to another team. The options are basecopy them to Created Player or export the team which the players in to usb drive, after the new data pack hit, import it again.

Thank you for the answer, ronystan! :D
I forgot to ask about how PES 2017 handled team exports with such players, but it turns out you also covered that with your reply.
