Questions about Master League in PES 2013

Hello everyone this is my first thread, I dont know if this is the right place to do it because I have never done so if Im in the wrong place please forgive me

Going to the point, I recently started a Master League in PES 2013 and I have a question about the Training that u can give to the team. How is the better way to set the Training? I read in some sites that is better to put all the Training points in one ability, for example speed, for 8 or 10 days and then change all the points to another one, is this good for Training? How much time do I need to train to see the players improvement? and do I how do I notice that a player has improve his ability? Do I need to check on the Squad List and see the players one by one?

Thanks everyone for your time to read and answer, it will help me a lot :D

PD: one last question, when PES 2014 will be out, is there a possibility that I can import my PES 2013 Master League into PES 2014 and continue playing the same Master League in PES 2014?

Thanks! :)

Training focus points make only a small difference. Most player development comes through them playing in matches and through them maturing (regardless of training focus). Just going off my experience, I'd estimate that a typical young (17- or 18-year-old) player's development for 1 year would look something like this:

  • 1.5-2.0 ability points for each and every ability from playing in matches
  • 1.0-1.5 ability points for each and every ability from maturing (regardless of whether they play and regardless of training focus)
  • 0.1 ability points per training focus point in the relevant area (e.g. if you put 10 focus points in passing, expect most of your young players to go up an extra 1.0 ability points or so in abilities linked to pass training)

So, basically, don't worry too much about training focus points. You'll notice a small difference between having 0 points and 10 points in one specific area, but you won't notice any difference between, e.g. 4 points and 6 points. I don't think switching the focus points back and forth between different areas makes a difference, and if it does, I bet the difference is absolutely miniscule.

How much time do I need to train to see the players improvement?

If you set a training focus area to 10 points, you should notice your players' development in abilities linked to that area pulling slightly ahead of their development in other abilities within a few weeks of game time. By the end of the year, they may have gotten a full point of improvement more in the 10-point focus area than in 0-point focus areas (e.g. for a young player, focus-10 areas might improve on average from 65 to 69 in one year, but 0-point areas only from 65 to 68).

and do I how do I notice that a player has improve his ability? Do I need to check on the Squad List and see the players one by one?

The only way I know of is the squad list.
