I just try this website because i havent got solution to my problem.
I just can't sign reborn players.
There is a green exclamation point next to the player's name and when I click on it it does not propose to "negotiation".
I remember that in PES2010 had to wait a few months (or years) but there Giggs even after several years (for example) is always with this green exclamation and comment in the player profile (joined the club recently)
This poses a problem because the more I advance in years in my master league, less I have players available, since all players who are reborn to this status throughout their lives (recently joined the club).
