How do you know if you have comments? If so, how do you view them? I clicked on the thumbs up/down under my post and just says I have no rep for that post but have 10 rep all together.

It should and this is how it works on all big forums I go to. Admins have absolute control over rep, they assign themselves say 20k of rep then they assign good posters another high amount say 1k of rep so now you have intelligent posters with repping power who will balance out ther order, like some idiot will get negged by that person and take down his rep power and + rep a good poster etc. also admins should step in if theres morons abusing it by continuously repping there freinds etc.
also about the not seeing who repped you
the forums where im used to it work like this sign your reps and if your a coward don't sign you negs. and premium members on this site elite members who pay for there membership get to see who reppped them.
edit: seems the admins have change it around a little....

I think it shows in your User CP, just go to your profile and it should show up somehere on that page.
Or can admins only view it? :unsure:

You have to be selective, for example a banning is much more satisfying then to actually do something sensible :w00t

heh that was a test though trying to see how its balanced, like where I use it you need 500 posts to having repping power or else it will be neutral. every thousand points gives roughly 10 points. here it seems there no post count requirement and 10 points will do 4 be able to rep 4 points...so seems
pretty easy to get high rep roght now. oh yeah and that was just a test feel free to deduct the 4 points I was just trying to figure out how it works here.
