The resolution for emblems in pes never was 256x256, less 150x150.
The resolution in pes 2014 is UP TO 128x128. The max resolution of 128x128 is only for circle or square emblems like Chelsea. Then to the top of the resolution you have to add (not it previous pes before 2014) 5 transparent pixels.
2 pixels at the left and 3 at the right.
2 pixels at the top and 3 at the bottom.
So we take again Chelsea logo. You have to resize it up to 128x128 then you have to add the 5 pixels. So you have a 133x133 pixels logo.
PD: I dont remember if it was 5 or 6 pixels. If it was 6 you add the remaining pixel to the side that have 3 pixels.
Nobody can know nothing about images sizes for logos or kits for PES 2015 until someone get the game and test it. So every logo or kit that you see before the PES 2015 is released, it might happen that dont work when you test in the game the day you get (because the one who made, made for PES 2014).
Kit sizes changed in most of the PES series, logos only in PES 2014.
