Retired players and Tool to edit ML?

I have basically two question here (PES 2013):

1. Is there any tool available, that allows users to edit ML Players basic info and stats?
2. What happens when ML players retire? They reappear as youngsters like in old versions?


Sorry if this has beens answered before. I tried to look up for it, but couldn't find much.
