There are plenty of sources of information for both of those questions.
This is in the wrong place, for starters. For player edits and such things, the place to ask is the Player Creation Centre (PCC) - in the "Requests" section.
As for the transfers, there's a sticky somewhere on the forum, as far as I am aware.

Yea i know about the player creation centre i just havent been on these forums for ages so just checking on here first.
