haha yeah ronaldo is a great player, but ya cant go comparing him to torres, different player and different team. Also ronaldo takes all free kicks and pens for manu. Torres takes neither for Liverpool, and rem its Torres' first season in the prem. Rem a certain Thierry taking a few seasons to find his feet =) also ronaldo has better players around him.

Anyway.......back on topic..... i think ronaldo is the best player in the world at the mo, kaka is up there but i feel kaka doesnt always play 100% and sometimes plays when he wants to. I have seen him a few times this season in Serie A and away from home and against a man marker he is not the same. But both great players =) Also messi is right up there 2. I couldnt split them tbh. But with Ronaldo, teams doesnt seem to know how to stop him.

But saying all that i think an on form Kaka is best player in the world.
Funny how no one mentions the once best player...Ronaldinho.

you are so wrong my friend, arsenal are definately not going to win the league and Kaka is definately not better than Ronaldo. Btw it was gattuso that single handedly beat man u and they were off form not Kaka and i admit ronaldo was aweful that game but ronaldo is still a much better player than Kaka and its basicly proven, kaka hasnt had £73 million offered for him has he? infact im not aware of any one putting offers in for him, indeed he is a great player. but not better than ronaldo.

id have to say right now form wise...ROnaldo is the standout. Milan being 20 points arift of Inter is probably down to their main man not performing.

HE has a talent, like other players ie CANTONA his has an air of arrogance because he is that good and on that pitch he is G_D!!!
Sportsmanship my ass he is a fairer player since he has been at United, still doesnt win his fair share of freekicks and then gets abused for making sure he wins a freekick (swings and roundabouts)

ON current form Ronaldo is the best player in the world at this time without question at the start of the season i thought Fabregas was with his form but now its Ronaldo no question!!!

Kaka is a world calss player but has no form at the mo maybe he should come to OT!!!!

This season its not even a contest. Ronaldo is the best player in the world (and im my opinion up there with Best, maradona and pele as the best players of all time). Messi is the 2nd best with Kaka in 3rd.

It makes me laugh when people say Kaka is more consistent when I know u only seen about 1% of him in a season. And Ronaldo inconsistent?? Are we playin opposits? he is unbelievable almost every single game, espesially considering he gets marked by at least 2 players every game. I think its something like 27 goals in 26 games!!!! 19 in the league and hes a midfielder. And thats just his goals.

Everyone knows the ONLY reason Kaka won the world player of the year is because of the CL semi final. 2 games out of a whole season. Hes been outclassed by Messi and especially Ronaldo since the summer

why is it goals scored seems to be the decider of this argument? arnt they both midfielders? and from what i see ronaldo takes all pens, free kicks and doesnt take corners so hes always there and he has ALOT of efforts on goal

i think kaka answered this debate with the champs league clash last season, he dominated both ties, what did ronaldo do? every time i seem to hear them rave about him its a poor team hes done it against

also ronaldo relys heavily on his pace which by the age of 29 will fade, kakas more of a player and will be around much longer
