Has any one managed to get this yet?
I've yet to complete this award yet. Having checked my stats the furthest I've scored from is 32 yards!

Yes I have... I have a technique for scoring goals from the half way line that I posted on this forum somewhere, but I don't remember where... Keep trying and you'll get it finally.

i got 40m from a free kick... all you gotta do is either left or right slightly and hold up and power a lob to almost max power and you can easily score.

yeah my partner done it the first time he did that challenge he managed a shot from 34 m so he missed it by one so he kept trying and managed a shot from 39 m also its easier to do this challenge with eto or another player thats got good shot power and accrucey.

i have scored from my own half with bojan . their keeper was up front in our half for d corner :) i got d replay saved .. but i dont think it counts as a real shot :)

There are ways of achieving this.

1). Get either: Adriano, Gerrard, Eto'o, Rooney and keep taking shots from long distance as much as possible. It also helps to look at the radar to see where the keeper is. It's all about timing and power. I got this Achievement by using Adriano.

Or

2) This is kinda cheating but If you want the achievement, It works. Set up a 2 player game and any 2 teams but only control 1 team.

As soon as you kick-off, play as the second player and pass the ball back to the goalie and run up field with the ball with the goalie. Obviously, dodging players will be easy because you wont be controlling the defence. Get to roughly the halfway line and grab other controller, the goalkeeper will stop because no-one will be controlling him, kick the ball off the goalkeeper and shoot from 35M+. If you don't score, keep trying and trying.

just get the ball in midfeild double tap R1 to knock the ball in front of you ,then keep the power high on your shot ,should score quite easily

scoring goals from long ranges seems to be reduced compare to the previous PES launches. my mate has got a technique where he lobs keepers from his own half. when goalkeeper stands on 18yard line you lob him somehow :D it pisses everyone off...

i think u can score from half of the field by the cross button not the shot button
but only works when the keeper is out of his box and should be a lousy keeper


but scoring from 35+ is really easy when you running with the ball u should notice your player raises his head to see the goal when he does that immediately shoot and it should be a goal

it's hard to notice that but i always choose chelsea and drogba is the man for this mission :) because his hair makes it better to know when he raises his head

and it works better when a right footed player i.e Drogba,Lampard,Gerrard is running in an angle like this:
