In all fairness, its the amstel and weed plus an 8-2 win over that shit team from london.

Quick tempered despite such a good result? Tough chap to please.

It must be said, I've hardly slated PES2012 ... if you want to see vitriolic opinions read some of the other threads. I'm perfectly sanguine about it all.

That's a very point actually. Never thought of it like that. It would take some getting used to a playstation controller again though, given it's unnatural feel compared to that of the 360's which just moulds softly into the hands.

I'm unsure whether Sony would want to invest heavily in the FIFPRO licensing whilst it is still regaining ground on FIFA. Would be nice mind but then I think I'd miss the editing, its distinctly PES like to have to copy 1200 files

I swear copying files over to make PES look a better game is just as fun as playing it.

True, the sense of anticipation and knowing you can alter you kit season to season (should you be that way inclined ... fnar fnar).

It is Seabass' legacy ... that and the fact he always made Alvaro Recoba amazing! :D

In a way I do hope Seabass makes way for someone else. I just really don't feel like a 'football guy' is talking into the mic when I see interviews with Seabass. Of course it may be that I don't understand any Japanese so can only follow by the subtitles, but still. He just doesn't convince me as the leader of the development team of one of my favourite game series.

Perhaps it would be better if the big decisions where made in Europe or at least by a European. Now before I get any hate for this, I know nationality shouldn't matter but I just get the impression football isn't experienced quite the same way over there in Asia as it is in Western Europe. One thing to guarantee to improve would be the shitty English descriptions of stuff in PES as thats clearly all made by some Japanese guy who's English is his second or third language.

I think Seabass has taken Pro as far as he can. Ever since next-gen consoles have been around we have been waiting for a decent pro evo game. Having played the 2012 demo(i know its 'only' a demo) but Seabass and the resk at Konami have astonishingly made an already terrible game even worse.

Pro Evo on ps3 is so far away from what it used to be it's not even funny, and perhaps a change of direction is needed.

Pro eveo now is not even a poor imitation of the poor FIFA games of bygone years.
