Selling Players & Loaning Players out

Just need some help with this issue and was wondering if anyone else had experienced this…

I have just stared a new Master League with Atletico Madrid, the first thing i did on day 1 was transfer list over half the squad to rase funds for new players but received no bids at all for anyone!? I’m at the halfway stage of the season now and i’ve just gone past the January transfer window yet still no bids for a single player, very frustrating!!
I have previously played 3 seasons with Man Utd and 2 seasons with Inter Milan and received bids on my transfer listed players at the start of the 1st season only, never in January or in any other previous seasons.!
Also, I have never been able to loan any of my younger players out on loan at all. I even experimented with this and listed Koke for loan who at 22/23 years old had just developed to 87 OR after half a season…but still on loan offers!?

I remember a feature on the old PES where you could set the transfer market activity to medium/high etc but I have not found this setting in PES 2015.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is there not an option in the general settings? I thought there was. In general I haven't had too much trouble selling or loaning out players.

1- During the Winter window the AI will not do anything, unless you're trying to sell very good players or they need it like air to breathe. As for the Summer window the AI will only make offers for your or any other players during August. The reasons surpases me.

2- Read above

3- I managed to do so... and even more than I wanted. I was trying to get rid of Postiga when he started to play well, but forgot to remove him from the lists. So I got offers for loans. I took him for both lists. I kept on recieving offers to loan him. Non stop.

I can't help you in that one, maybe they just don't want/think have a chance of loaning your players?

4- Didn't saw that too, and if it is there then definitely can't be changed during the seasons, only by starting a new ML.

Cheers for the in-depth reply. Learning a lot more about Pro Evo by reading/posting on this site.

1/2- Didn't know that about the Winter Window, whats the point in having it then if the computer will not purchase some of the 'dead wood' from my team!? :roll eyes:

3- Interesting on the loan thing, would be good to give my young fringe players some valuable experience. Might have better luck with my new ML because before I was playing with Man Utd & Inter and as you said maybe other clubs where put off because they didn't think they had a chance.

4- I'll have to have a good look in general settings. Been into edit mode but nothing in there about transfer market activity levels...

Cheers for the help :D

Damn paul, you don't sleep, do you?

Silver Surfer for sure the ML market activity levels, if they exist, won't be in the edit mode. Might be when setting up a ML, at most.

Silver Surfer If you've been following the Master League Experiences Thread you might know that I've bought Ángel Correa a long time ago, around December 2018. And you might as well know that the Transfer Window opens on the 22th of June.

This is the Transfer Martket News on the 13 of July 2019:

I'm said it before, and I'll say it again, the CPU teams can fuck off with their offers. Offering my £7m for an 86-rated 23yr old (Oliver Torres), when they'd expect me to offer 4-5 times as much.

That's funny as hell cause I got 12m from Sunderland for Darren Fletcher and 40m from Barca for Mata.

Maybe the fact that you're a bigger club has something to do with it? The fact that I'm Bolton could mean that I get lower offers, regardless of how good my players are.

Aye, I can confirm that. For checking on what you said I turned off my auto save and moved to Manchester United from my All-winning Wolves team. Before I left though I agreed a deal with MANUTD for Iturbe whose market value was ~11m pounds. On moving to Man utd his market value was ~35 m pounds. On moving to manchester United I saw that I could turn out impressive profits even on any free agents I signed...
It really pays to be a big club...

That Market Value stuff really gets me too. I bought Halilovic for 16m€ and it was the lowest fee possible, and then his MV is... 5m€. And I get offers around 3.7m€

You know, that could be. Although, I had to pay like 12m for Robbie Brady and 14m for Ravel and I did negotiate the fee for Mata up. Who knows? Maybe they want you to try and negotiate a fairer price.

If you put the price up even as little as £2m, it'll change to a red angry face. There's no point trying to negotiate, I'll still get shafted. For an 86-rated young player, ideally you want £30m+.

Look at the fees you're quoting for Brady and Ravel. And these are like (I'm guessing) high 70s overall? Low 80s at a stretch? They're asking you to pay £14m! I'd never get an offer that high for a player of that rating, so I don't think the standard of the CPU team makes a difference when you're trying to purchase players.
