Its a shame that the first game was by far my best - would've been nicer to remain consistent.
With one of my goals yesterday I hit it with my right foot - completely forgetting I'm left-footed. Good thing I did or I may have switched it and failed. That was in a game against a tricky side where we'd been 1-0 down, had quickly gone 2-1 up and I was making it 3-1.

Last night's session was the most enjoyable in a long time, for a variety of reasons.
1) It's rare we get those kind of numbers on. And at least pretty much everyone got to see the OG. Would have been a tragedy if only two or three of us had witnessed that live.
2) Some memorable funny moments. Me killing Joel, Joel being killed by the GK and him not getting a red, the way I span through the air and landed after that header from O's free-kick. But of course, we all know the icing on the cake. When he lobbed the keeper, I said to myself "Ah good, Iron's got this". I just burst out laughing. Usually I get pissed off when we conceded late winners, but how could you be angry about this? And yes, I missed kick-off as I was too busy messaging Phats and DF, making sure one of them would upload it. It was one of the great Clubs moments. Had we equalized or won that game, it wouldn't have had the same effect. I think it's the tragic stumble into the net after the slice that really does it.
3) We actually played some cracking stuff, particularly in the last 2 games I played (10 goals!). I think the 442 is working very well. Good variety of goals, and some crisp football. On a personal note, I can't remember the last time I scored a hat-trick. Loads of braces, but rarely get that third (I should have had one inside 10 minutes in the game before as well). Crossing was very good last night.
And that 5-3 game really flattered the other team. No way does that score reflect the game. They basically scored with every shot they had, and one of them was a consequence of an incredible fuck up between the GK and CPU defender.

I was so pissed off with our 0-0 draw where in the closing seconds instead of my VP switching the ball to his left foot and shooting as I instructed and do so often, he spooned it Milosevic wide with his right. That match was horrible for everyone but no way was I carrying on after that bollocks.

Yeah, it seemed like the game was trying to screw us, because we were on a winning streak.
I got injured within 15 minutes, for some reason. I was shocked. I was near full fitness when I kicked the ball.
