Simple question - moving player for header

Simple question

Don't take the piss but when the balls in the air how do you stop your player standing there waiting for the ball, so you can make them run towards the ball or run around your opponent.

Also whats the best way to bring the ball down in a 'Heskey' style.

Lastly I'm going to see an old friend at new year whos got pes3 for crimbo, how can I make him look stupid in front of his (fit)girlfriend?

1) i find move the d-pad or anolag stick in the direction you want, but dosent always work
2) i thought he just spoon it?
3) beat him good and proper (keep flicking the right analog stick and tapping l1(?) for the step over when your on a run with no one near

Is there not a button you press so your player doesn't stand there like a melon as the defender easily jumps up and heads the ball away.

Heskey might be a bit shit but he always brings the ball down, I mean how do you make the defenders stand off you when a cross comes in.

When the ball is in the air, hold R2 to move your player into a better position. You can also try R1 + R2 for free movement in other situations.

Make him look stupid!! Good luck

Cheers zyg, the R2 thing is quality, as you can move them to get a better position for the volley. Does anyone know the best way to chest it down or do you do you just position yourself best and use a strong player.

Once the player in a good position, I usually just make him stand still and he controls it on his chest by hiumself.

Question: how do you proparly CLEAR the ball with a header...Especially on corners this bugs me: X just passes the ball to someone nearby, square or O don't seem to respond all of the time in case of a header or it heads the the ball in the direction they're facing....Help I didn't have this prob in prev. Pes'es , I didn't have the time to play an awfull lot, But it stresses me out each time I play goddammit..
