Since PES 10, we can now use "free agents" in ML?

Hey,

I decided not to buys last years, and i've just ordered 12. In PES 10, we were forced into adding international players aka free agents to European teams so they were involved in ML that year.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but do international free agents appear in ML WITHOUT having to select players, and adding them to European teams? They appear automatically in "others" , right?
