Sleeve league patches do not appear when Live Update is on

Hi guys,

I've got some Option files installed in my game with the proper league emblems installed, and noticed that if I switched on the Live Update option (R3) in the Exhibition match team selection screen, the sleeve patches for the selected teams (Premier League, La Liga) do not appear.

However when I switch Live Update off (or when the PES online service is down), the sleeve patches do appear.

Anyone observed this, and any workarounds?
