I bought this item thinking that you would equip it and the player would have that skill until it wore off in a year. I was unsure what the 'earn exp for...' meant, then I realized if you equipped it they would gradually learn the skill, and thus have it even when you unequipped the item.
But I'm confused. Does that mean you have to equip the item, learn the skill, and then it wears off after a year? Or can you buy it, learn it, and the item disappears after a year? How does it work? And are there any skills in particular that are more useful? I heard people raging about speed merchant so the one I purchased was that.
