Basically if I download the PESWorld OF and import the teams for all leagues except for Bundesliga and use PESUniverse's Bundesliga is this possible?!?!?

It is possible, but I would import the Bundesliga teams one at a time to make sure you are not overwriting anything.

Or you could just wait for both OF's to be completed & use the one you like best ;)
