Spell Check

i was looking on a forum and they have a spell check on it, i think it would be very helpful on here for all the silly noobs speaking txt language

Is it mandatory? Because that would work... I didn't know you could have one that you had to have on the site.

yeah you can have it on a site but you have to click on it for it to actually do it where as most noobs just wont bother but it would be good if it has to spell check it before it gets posted

I think they have it on WEMaiacs.

You could always just have MS Word open, type your draft in there, then post it on this site.

Or, I think Martin Craine does this, have dictionary.com as a link in your sig.

Firefox 2 has a build in spell check

It was on the old forum. It was eventually deleted because it made alot of mistakes because it was american. It took long to post because things like colour would have had to be changed.

I think noobs should make their own decisions about the way they type and if they choose to speak in txt language then they'll have to face the reprocussions i.e abuse

Like Mick says, just use Firefox 2.0. A built in Spell Check on the forum would use a lot of resources.

it automaticly puts a red line underneath the word you spelt wrong and gives you option to change it

Oh well, I will be alright, I don't think my spelling is too bad just occasionally I spell things wrong either by accident or just not knowing how to spell the word

Anyone who corrects something in this sentence will get virtually slapped!

where you put your text right click and theres a "spell check this field" option, make sure its ticked

If there is a word that I am not sure of. I just ask my good friend Google. He is very smart and tells me the correction.
