SPL Option File on PC?

Hey guys not posted in a while due to my PS3 buggering up . Does anyone know if there is an SPL option file available for PC Version?

what is a SPL option file? for me it is the name of a PS3 OF maker. maybe you are asking if there is one made by him to PC? if that the case, I dont think so. but you have other very good OF/patches for this platform. try these:

PESEdit patch
Smoke Patch
PTE Patch
PESJP patch (the most famous and probably better)
PES Anatolia

I'm trying to get as much spl kits / formulas / stadiums / player face builds / accs as I can, but are all ps3 i dunno how the conversion to pc is but i know i am missing a fair few hibs faces, something i'm trying to fix but i dont have alot of time and have other teams i am looking to finish as well.

Saying that Hibs have alot of faces in the creation thread
