Staff upgrades-have you tried it yet?

Hi peeps,just wondered if anybodys tried upgrading thier staff yet?If so has it benefited from the immense cost?!
Ive upgraded to a level 5 scout.His reports dont seem to be much different from a level 1!He doesnt even seem much better at getting players.I still cant tempt Obertan or Wellbeck from United!(im topping the premiership!)
I did notice on the most expensive signing thread that one poster had paid £27.5m for Robben,yet i got him for £4m.This is the only difference ive noticed so far,has anybody else any ideas
Ive also upgraded my youth team to level 3 but cant comment what difference this has made.Id like to hope if you upgrade to level 5 you get some Agueros in your youth team when they regen!
So has anybody invested in staffing and with what results?

A better scout gets you reports back quicker eg you can see a players stats after 2 weeks with a Lvl.5 scout. He can also look at more players per week and you can also negotiate with more players at once (5 at Lvl.5)

Better Coaches and Fitness Trainers allow you to assign more training points to players.

Better Youth Team means more chance of getting super youths in your youth squad

Better Fan Club means more fans = higher attendances and more merchandice money

Better Doctor means shorter injury times

You have to be within the August transfer period to make staffing level changes.

Has anybody had any of these super youths in thier youth team?I notice some ML made up superstars like Palmieri,Schwarz etc.Is it just these type of players that turn up in there,or are there some wrongly named real legends!In my ML Beckham is at Bolton,and Leao(amazing Brazillian keeper)is at Chelsea.Ive looked through the transfers but i arent sure if they've come through the youth.
Has anybody discovered if Kjuna,Walton,Kaiser etc regen through ML and if so what level youth team do you have?

Yeah had a keeper aged 16 with 86 overall. When upgrading youth team level it affects the abilities of their players, from my understanding.

Regarding upgrading the scout level - it's important, since his level affects your succes in signing players..

also you cant upgrade them if your a 5 star team as ive noticed that you already start on level 5

after i upgraded my all my staff from level 4 to level 5, almost all my players (especially basic formation) have red or orange arrows, so i think this is a result of upgrading the staff (physical trainer/coach).

i already had my youth team on level 5, but i hope that at the end of the season, also because of the upgraded scout, i will find some big talents in my youth team because until now i didn't.

So if you have to pay money to upgrade your fan club just to give you more money, do you make a profit? what is the best level for fan club?

Ive now managed to get all my staff upto level 5,bar the fan club which is now on 4 because i overspent!
Its definately improved the players attitude as a few people have already said,the arrows are mostly red.Even players with a 3 for Form manage more blue arrows than purple now!I think if you want the Orellano's,Marradona's and Ronaldo's of this world its a vital upgrade due to thier poor form.
FITNESS TRAINERS-
Fitness levels have improved a bit but when on International duty before a league match they still drop to 3/4 or less.A bit expensive for a bit of reward!
COACHES-
You now have 22 training points and they are assigned sensibly by the coach.Defo worth it!
DOCTORS-
I havent had an injury lasting more than 3 weeks so far
FANCLUB-
As i said level 4.Im getting lots of sponsors now and much better income.Dont know if the success ive had in winning Europa league and Premiership has helped this!
So it costs you around £45m to have all the best staff (a rough guess,PS3 Isnt on!)And this is every year.I blew all my budget on this and signed Laudrup,Schmiechel and some others on free agents.I think last year i earnt around £50m after winning Premiership,FA Cup and Europa league.This was with fan club on level 1.
Next season though i want Pato,Benzema or C.Ronaldo,so obviously that will depend on what i earn.I think it may be tight!
I,ll keep you posted on that,halfway through the season on normal and finding it easy now.
Id conclude most of the staffing costs are vital to success,and allow swift improvement of the team.Wether i can afford to do this and buy top notch players remains to be seen!

Yeah, as soon as i finished my first season and had some money to spend, i upgraded my youth team to level 5, and straight away i have a 15 year old striker on 76, so i would say its definately worth it. Did the same with the coach, and you get more training points (or whatever theyre called) so i would say they are all definately worth upgrading once you have some spare cash.

In my opinion having youth aged 16 with 90+ overalls seems a bit crazy.
I think the highest they should have in youth is like 80!? Who agrees?

I agree, but i think 70 with a good growth curve.
Saying that 90+ with a rubbish growth curve isn't too bad.
