[STATS] PES2011 -> PES 2012 Stats conversion

I've been studying the way players change when you use prequel data (load PES 2011 save game) in PES 2012. With this information I made a Stats converter.

It converts the stats the same way PES 2012 does. On the first sheet you can fill in your PES 2011 stats. And on the second sheet your PES 2012 stats will appear.
