Arse. I hate that track. I cut a corner, just, got the 5 second penalty & Mak breezed by. Was 9 seconds behind but clawed it back to 7 by the last lap.

I blame the track :folarm:

Of course it was... I was there :D

Shame I had a three year old car for the race, though it was good enough to keep up with you guys, I'll admit that I had to push it hard. The first lap of the second race I was battling hard with Nifty, but pushed just a bit too much in the first chicane and picked up that stupid penalty. My own fault really as it could have made for a 3 way finish...

Good racing by the way Mak. You really put on a decent show out there tonight.

Me like a retard just left the controller when I got a penalty expecting auto pilot  I think I would of had a great chance of wining the second race if I didn't just drive into the wall head on.

What were the second race results? Did Iron come last (No offence intended, really)?
I had to miss it as I had plenty of coursework to catch up on

I installed the game data tonight, it took so long I actually fell asleep. How much game time have I got to get in where I'll have a comparative vehicle of which to race you chaps?

Not much, thats for sure. There are players like Apps and Mak that had the game for 1 or 2 days and are now flying high in the ranks. And you'd only have to win a few races to earn enough money to afford the cars we use

I started from scratch the other day, a good few hours will be enough.
The cars what have been used are accessible early on.

I take it I have to win races online to be able to get cash? If thats the case I'm buggered.

Race two was in the bag for me as soon as I managed to pull clear of Fick and saw you two battling each other for second place - I know you closed the gap down to under a second in the end but I felt comfortable even when you were in my rear-view mirror. I don't mean any offence by that, I just know full-well that catching anything more than half-a-second per lap is difficult with the levels we were driving at.

By the same token, were it not for a really badly-timed shortcut penalty in race one, the finish would've been extremely tight. I was literally on your bumper when I got the penalty, having worked for about 5 laps to close a 2.5 second gap down to about two tenths of a second.

I think we'll certainly have some good pictures from last night's racing. Fick, I'm not sure how you managed to end up 40 seconds behind us in race one?

Abu, race two finished:

1. Nifty
2. Makavelian (+0.5 secs)
3. Fick (+23 secs)
4. Phatmann (+1:02 mins)
5. IronCity (DNF)

If you ever find the required bottle to actually come in and take part.

Not sure you have the minerals, to be honest...

I knew it was going to be extremely difficult to take the lead because you and fick got so far ahead by like the forth corner.
I meant I felt like I could of kept the lead after a great start in the second race. I managed to get away from the pack on the first couple of corners then disaster struck and I was playing catch up from then on.
First race I spent most of the race just looking behind me, but could not shake you at all.:)
When you were bumper to bumper I managed some good defensive corners, but felt extremely under pressure. The relief when you made that mistake was great.
If you didn't make that mistake you could of took the lead because I remember screwing up just when you dropped of the pace.
Brilliant stuff though.
Even phatmann playing demolition derby in the qualifying.
