Team work stats changing!!

I started a new masterleague and noticed that some player's teamwork stat has changed from my other masterleague. For instance on my Napoli masterleague, Lichtsteiner's (RB) teamwork stat was something like 65, I've searched him up on my Arsenal ML and it's 85! I bought Maxi Rodriguez as free agent on my Napoli ML and again searched him up on my new ML and the difference is about the same too.

What the hell's going on? Does it change depending on the team??

EDIT: Also checked A. Song, his default teamwork stat is in the 80s but when I bought him on my Napoli masterleague the stat was in the 60s. What is this horseshit.

When a player moves team, teamwork drops. After getting used to his new teammates it goes back up, maybe even higher than defualt.

^^ Thats definately whats supposed to happen. Only in 2013 the teamwork ratings dont seem to go back up again, at least in my master league...

Really? That's one hell of a bug. Haven't played offline ML yet, just BAL for three seasons. I'll have to take a look at that.

Haven't gone back up for me neither. What a load of crap... anyone know a way to fix this?

messi moved teams 2 or 3 times in my ML, and his teamwork stats is now down to 41. it appears the effect of teamwork drop is cumulative, so if u want a player u better hope he doesn't move team too often before u buy him.
