Ok, before it's getting out of hand, chill out all. I don't want to say my opinion about who's at fault or anything, so, with this post I expect everyone will not continue this conversation again.
If after this post I saw someone bring this up again, whoever they are, they'll get an immediate yellow card for the first offence.

i dont feel like its anywhere near "getting out of hand"...yet i'm willing to get a yellow card (whatever that means) if it means im free to say that this post seems to be an over reaction. What h777 actually wrote above clears a lot of it up (for me anyway)...so these discussions can prove productive even if they are off topic.

Alledgedly, people become closer if they can reconcile after discord. Perhaps there should be more trash talking ;-)

These past few pages sum up everything that is wrong with the PES community these days. (And if this warrants me getting a 'Yellow' or even a 'Red' card then so be it) :unsure:

After reading everyday through the comments in this and other threads I decided yesterday that I did not want to be a part of the project anymore. I am very sorry to all those who have enjoyed my contribution to the file but most of all to h777 who has worked his arse off to bring you all this file. To top it all, he is the only guy from the editing team who even bothered to contact me about my decision... go figure!

I myself have given every spare hour to try and create something special, whether it is the faces, or the kits, I do know some people out there appreciated it. But I have recently found myself getting more and more angry at the constant whining on the forums about the most ridiculous things. This is not how it is supposed to be, we do not get paid for this you know? It has been a labour of love from the start but as the days have gone by I have begun to think why bother?

Yesterday I sat creating faces and transferring the face builds to video for almost 6 hours straight !! Yes guys 6 hours of my own time on one of my very few days off work. When I had finished I sat there and thought why bother? What is the point in offering all this to the so called 'community' only to get ridiculous comments down the line like 'his hair should have a parting' or suchlike?

I think if this sort of thing continues then this file, on this scale, could be the very last of it's kind that is even attempted. It is such a shame that certain people can't seem to understand the HUGE amount of effort and planning this sort of thing takes.

But who will bother in the future?

As for me, well I will go back to my love of national teams...whether or not I upload any players in the future, I don't know.

Anyway ladies and gents, I suggest you get behind h777 who needs your support and appreciation for the project.

I hope your decision isn't final mate, give it a few days but everything you say is the truth and I can't really blame you for not wanting to continue.

I've took a seriously reduced role for phase 2 because of the things you mentioned myself as you know and I'm happy just to keep my work to myself. I wouldn't say it's special, but I enjoy at least.

Hi Guys, my first post on here. I decided to get a PS4 over the weekend after trading in XB1 purely because i wanted to get back into PES as an old school lover of the game back in it's hey day and knowing that PS4 is the only way to get option file .

Seeing the fine work you gents have done on classic teams over the last few months really pushed me to make the switch, i love playing with the greats and the job done is fantastic i have to say this will bring me hours of joy

@ Ratmundo - sad to hear your last comment, i have read the thread though and it's hard not to agree with your sentiments. I'm sure there are many, many people like myself who are truly grateful for your efforts and the obvious time and effort you put in, please don't let a few silly comments (intended or not) put you off continuing your work.

Finally, as a Leeds fan i noticed you have a classic Leeds team on the opening page, will this be released anytime soon or if it already has is there a link to download it?

Guys as a fan of all your work I truly hope that you will all reconsider and carry on. In life everyone is opinionated however your great work does all the talking. For mods I sincerely hope as a neutral that on behalf of these guys please let me appeal the yellow card and have it removed in order to keep a harmonious area and we will benefit from their amazing work after all they don't get paid and of course we will be left with a very plain pes no matter how good the game play may be

Ratmundo your work is great and i hope you continue working with h777 to create more clubs. The 20 classic teams you guys released are fantastic. I can tell a lot of time was spent creating each player and team. A lot of people appreciate what you guys do and i know you don't hear enough of that. Thanks for your hard work.

[MENTION=234932]h777[/MENTION] / Ratmundo: Please keep in mind how many players have downloaded and enjoyed your work in silence. It is like it is, if someone is to open his mouth than it is more likely to be for criticism rather than gratitude.
I think it is safe to say that the majority really appreciate your effort and is very thankful to be able to play with the legend teams.
I could never comprehend how someone prefers commenting about hairstyle instead of changing it according to his wishes himself, but that, in its roots, is a general phenomenon, not just exclusive to the pes community.

I really hope you continue your work, maybe start developing a stronger "we dont give a shit about your shit" attitude or even consider taking a small fee for your work. I think everyone who has bothered to look into the time-consuming PS4-Edit Mode himself knows the effort behind it and is willing to donate a few $. Maybe that will make it easier to handle whiny "please mom, could you change that for me, im not able"- posts in the future

Thanks for the support and words of encouragement guys. It's really appreciated and it is for these reasons I have stayed motivated. I've alrdy built a few teams for the next phase so hopefully it will be completed.

One thing that does bring joy today, is new boots on pes lol. Yes I'm serious. This makes me happy . Although I would like some more plain branded boots, it's still great. The good thing, unlike last year it has not altered boots that we have applied. More boots and nothing to fix. Well done konami!

RATMUNDO! I think your work is incredible and am very sad to hear you are leaving the project.

Don't take notice of these idiots. Just trolls. If you don't like something in the file, change it! the game comes with an inbuilt editing tool. Spend 4 hours changing what you don't like instead of whining about it.

RATMUNDO! I think your work is incredible and am very sad to hear you are leaving the project.

A big thank you to you all for your kind comments. I really do appreciate it. Please understand that the 'whiners and wingers' do not upset me, they have just drained the enthusiasm out of me. I enjoy editing for PES probably as much as most of you enjoy playing the game, so for me to get to a point where I resent contributing is very, very sad for me indeed.

Although I am no longer a part of this project, there are many 'New' members of the team for this file now, so the file will get finished I am sure.

It seems that the main control of the option file has now passed from h777 and I am disappointed in that to be honest. But I understand that h777 wanted a less hands on, and stressful, part 2 of the file.

I got on board with this file due to my respect for h777 and Alister, of PESUniverse, and their love of the classic players... I do not know most of the team members now but I am sure they will deliver a very good part 2 of the file.

There are many other issues which I do not want to get into on this forum, but I hope that people will continue to support those who are now making the part 2 of the option file.

I have created a lot of new classic 1980's kits that I hope the editors find use for in the future release. If not then I will list the kits for clubs and national teams, that I have made, in my own thread and will upload any that people request.

Once again I would like to thank everyone for their words of encouragement on this thread, and for those who have sent me emails and PM's, I promise to answer all of them over the weekend.
